Specialist Education Support

The following are key features that make up our specialist work with young people in need.

We would act as the catalyst and include:

• Engaging young people disaffected or struggling with education
• Devise supportive programmes of outdoor Education and other activities
• Relationship developing strategies
• Positive role models and thoughtfully crafted support
• Supporting the exciting school place or being part of the provision for exclude pupils
• Independence training

We will liaise directly with the referring agency:

• Attend team around the child and review meetings
• Support the CAF process
