happens if the rope breaks? It won't. We work to the highest standards of instruction and equipment usage. Our AALA Licence testifies to the fact that we work within and adhere to the strictest protocols for working practice. |

| I
don't think I can do this, I am claustrophobic. There are very few claustrophobic people compared with the number who express this concern. Our caving time together is always governed by your needs. We have very few who cannot cave with us and most, if not all, are amazed at the experience, their ability to complete and the thankfulness that they did not miss out on this unique opportunity to go to a place where most have not been. |

| I'm
scared of heights, I can't do this, I can't let go. We use the most carefully selected routines for encouraging people to let go and abseil. We never rush the nervous and progress is always measured by how far you have gone. There is no competition, no enforcement, no negative peer pressure. We use the most calm, patient, skilled and experienced instructors who have proven techniques in encouraging and empowering clients. |

happens if I can't do this? We will encourage you always, at your pace. We will never rush you, disable you or encourage you beyond your means. We risk assess constantly and alter activities, methods and aspirations according to you and your needs. If you don't want to….you don't have to. |
